Job Description: As a Remote & On-Site IT Technician (Level 2/3), you will handle escalated support tickets, network issues, server problems, and on-site visits for business clients while also working remote when not on-site.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows, networking, O365, firewall, and server issues, and Equipment Deployment.
Provide remote support via tickets and direct client calls.
Perform on-site visits for installations, repairs, and camera setups.
Document all work clearly in our ticketing system.
Assist with MSP client onboarding and basic project work.
Maintain equipment and keep the shop bench organized during on-site days.
Help train junior techs on tougher problems.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years experience in Level 2 or 3 IT support.
Strong skills with Windows servers, Active Directory, networking, and common business tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-site calls.
Certifications like A+, Network+, or Microsoft preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and explain technical fixes to non-tech clients.
Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible schedule for deployments and emergencies.
