Job Description: As a Remote & On-Site IT Technician (Level 2/3), you will handle escalated support tickets, network issues, server problems, and on-site visits for business clients while also working remote when not on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows, networking, O365, firewall, and server issues, and Equipment Deployment.
- Provide remote support via tickets and direct client calls.
- Perform on-site visits for installations, repairs, and camera setups.
- Document all work clearly in our ticketing system.
- Assist with MSP client onboarding and basic project work.
- Maintain equipment and keep the shop bench organized during on-site days.
- Help train junior techs on tougher problems.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in Level 2 or 3 IT support.
- Strong skills with Windows servers, Active Directory, networking, and common business tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-site calls.
- Certifications like A+, Network+, or Microsoft preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and explain technical fixes to non-tech clients.
- Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible schedule for deployments and emergencies.
