Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for dealing with walk-in traffic, assisting customers with their technology needs, . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with information on products and services.
- Sales and Service: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to meet those needs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle sales transactions, process payments, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the technology or retail industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
