Job Description: As an Inside Sales / Service Intake specialist, you will manage walk-in customers, take service tickets, close sales on repairs and products, and promote our products and services at the counter and over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and handle service intake for repairs and upgrades.
- Sell hardware, accessories, and services.
- Follow up on quotes and service updates to close jobs.
- Process counter sales and parts orders efficiently.
- Log all interactions in our ticketing and sales systems.
- Hit monthly targets for service revenue and attachments.
- Keep the sales floor organized and ready for busy periods.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, ideally in tech.
- Comfortable selling and explaining basic IT solutions and service.
- Organized with good phone and face-to-face skills.
- Ability to manage multiple walk-ins without losing track of details.
- Full-time (40 hours/week).
