Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and the daily till.

Ensure every order or ticket is complete and properly authorized before collecting payment.
Assist with inbound phone calls—answer, gather basic information, and transfer to the correct department (service, sales, or management).
Complete end-of-day cash-out and reconcile the till to daily sales records.
Keep clear, organized records that link payments to tickets or invoices.
Support the GM with routine accounting questions.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with small-business accounting software (Sage50).
Comfortable handling cash and card payments accurately.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Able to work independently and manage both bookkeeping and cashier duties.
